| Further Notes: | Son of Patrick O'Connell (a Farmer) and Honora Drew. Was dismissed from the Civic Guards within a few months of joining. Emigrated to America in 1924 and arrived in New York. Eventually settled in Chicage and it was there he married Ellen Cremer in 1932. Worked with freights. Died on 5th August 1988. | ||
