'Mick' Glynn was the son of Matthew Glynn (a Farmer) and Honor Bourke. Married Helena O'Sullivan on 18th October 1939 in Kenmare Church, County Kerry. They had 4 children Retired and settled in Wexford Town. Was actively involved in the St. Vincent De Paul Society and Wexford and District Coursing Club. Played with County Wexford GAA Team in 1933, as well as Glynn-Barntown GAA Club. Retired in 1964 and worked as a farmer. Died on 1st August 1969 in Beaumount Hospital in Dublin. |
