Donat Hussey was the son of Patrick Hussey (a farmer) and ELiza Halloran. Married Mary Donlon on 5th August 1925 in Cavan Church. Died from illness while serving on 17th July 1932 in Mountmellick, County Laois. This was a result of an injury he received while playing hurling, as he was a well-known hurling player. He is buried with his family in Feakle. |
