| Further Notes: | Vincent Patrick Hyland was the son of William Hyland (a Police Sergeant) and Mary Ann Mackle. Resigned from the Civic Guards and became a Bank Clerk in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo. Married Madeline Mary Keany on 9th January 1927 in St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire. Later was the Bank Manager in Greystones, County Wicklow. Retired and lived there. Died on 25th May 1981. He is buried in Redford Cemetery, Greystones. | ||
