Son of Patrick Brady (a Farmer) and Mary Anne Kiernan. Fought in the South leitrim IRA Brigade during the War of Independence. Married Jospehine Doherty on 20th July 1925 in Glenamaddy Church, Galway. Retired on 19th December 1953. Resided in Brae Lodge, Vevay Road, Bray, County Wicklow. Died on 15th October 1970 in Jervis Street Hospital. He is buried in St. Peter's Churchyard, Bray. |
