| Further Notes: | Joseph Proctor was the son of Edward Hoctor (a Farmer) and Ellen Foucher. He was stationed in Parliament Street in Kilkenny City on 5th April 1923. He te Sergeahen thnt in Fiddown from 5th March 1924 until 13th June 1928. He was then transferred to Inistioge until the remainder of his career. Died while serving from illness on 30th April 1929 in Central Hospital, Kilkenny City. He was buried with a full Civic Guard honour in Clonmore Cemetery, Hacketstown, County Carlow. | ||
