| Further Notes: | James Early/Earley was the son of James Early (a Baker) and Cassie Leonard. Married Nellie McMorrow on 4th September 1928 in Drumkeeran Church, County Leitrim. He was among the surviving members of the 1922 recruits who visited the President of Ireland Mary Robinson at the Aras an Uachtarain in 1997. His brother was also a Garda: Patrick Daniel Early/Earley (Reg No. 3285). | ||
