Son of William Kealy (a Labourer) and Mary Curry. Appointed as Weights and Measure Inspector in Castlebar in 1925. Married Carmel O'Brien and had several children. Retired in October 1960. Later resided in Swan Store in Laytown and Melrose Avenue in Drogheda. Died on 22nd March 1986. He is buried in St. Marys Cemetery in Navan. |
