Son of James O'Sullivan (a Carpenter) and Ellen Murphy. In 1925 he was presented with a special certificate from Commissioner Eoin O'Duffy for 'courage in outbreak of fire' in Waterford. Married Elizabeth Anne Cunningham on 11th October 1933 in Waterford Cathedral. Stationed in Tramore, County Waterford from 1935 until 1948. Died from illness while serving on 12th July 1948 in Tramore. He is buried in Tramore. |
