Jim Hayden was the son of Edward Hayden ( a Farmer) and Mary Hayden. Married Mary 'May' Armstrong on 8th August 1926 in Ballintubber Church, Mayo. Spent 39 years of career stationed in Tullamore, County Offaly, where he settled in Parnell Street after he retired in March 1966. Died on 25th September 1988. He is buried with his wife in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.
