Son of William Lehane (a farmer) and Mary Murphy. Worked as a Detective Officer in Phoenix Park Dublin. Married Margaret Kiely on 7th February 1939 in St. Peter and Pauls' Church, Cork City. Spent his last 20 years he was stationed at Union Quay Cork. Retired in August 1957. His wife died on 12th May 1987 in Whittington Hospital London. She is buried in St. Pancras Cemetery in Finchley. Timothy died on 6th March 1988 in Millstreet, Cork. He is buried with his sister Julia, brother-in-law Timothy and sister Catherine in St. Mary's Cemetery in Millstreet. |
